Cancellation Policy
We understand that sometimes you need to cancel your order. Here’s how our cancellation policy works:
- Before Shipping: You can cancel your order within 1 hour of placing it, provided it has not been processed or shipped. Please contact us as soon as possible to request a cancellation.
- After Shipping: Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled. If you still wish to return the item, please refer to our Return Policy.
- Refunds: Refunds for canceled orders will be processed back to your original payment method and should be completed within 5-7 business days.
Return Policy
We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you need to return an item, please follow these guidelines:
- Eligibility: Returns are accepted within 30 days of receiving your order. Items must be in their original condition, unused, and with all original packaging and tags.
- Initiating a Return: To initiate a return, please visit our returns portal or contact our customer service team at vanshcorporation2024@gmail.com.
- Return Shipping: You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defect or an error on our part. We will provide a return shipping label in such cases.
- Refunds and Exchanges: Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days after we receive the returned item. Exchanges can be made for items of equal value; additional shipping costs may apply.
- Restocking Fees: A restocking fee of 10% may apply to certain items. This will be specified in the product description if applicable.
